About the Role
The Strategic Planning Manager partners with the CEO and investment team to shape KSHC's long-term direction, evaluate new sectors, and translate strategy into measurable initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead annual strategy refresh and 5-year planning
- • Conduct market sizing and sector deep-dives
- • Drive growth initiatives and partnerships
- • Build executive-ready insights and dashboards
- • Partner with subsidiary leadership on strategic alignment
Requirements
- • 5-8 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment roles
- • Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills
- • Excellent communication and executive-presence
- • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- • Fluency in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications
- • Top-tier strategy consulting background
- • Experience in MENA emerging markets
- • Track record of executing strategic initiatives end-to-end
