About the Role
As Legal Counsel you will be the primary legal advisor to the holding company, supporting transactions, governance matters, and regulatory compliance across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- • Advise on M&A, investments, and divestments
- • Oversee corporate governance and regulatory filings
- • Manage outside counsel relationships
- • Support board and committee meetings
Requirements
- • 5+ years post-qualification experience
- • Law degree and current bar admission
- • Strong corporate, M&A, and contracts experience
- • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- • Fluency in English and Arabic legal terminology
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience in private equity or holding-company environments
- • Cross-border transaction experience
- • MENA regulatory knowledge
