About the Role
The Head of Human Capital leads people strategy for KSHC and partners with subsidiary HR leaders to drive talent, culture, and organisational effectiveness across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- • Define and execute group HR strategy
- • Lead executive talent acquisition and succession planning
- • Champion culture and engagement initiatives
- • Standardise HR policy and reward frameworks
- • Partner with subsidiary HR teams
Requirements
- • 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- • Track record of building HR functions at group level
- • Strong understanding of organisational design and talent management
- • Excellent change-management skills
- • Master's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- • CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification
- • Experience in multi-entity or holding-company environments
- • Leadership-development program design
