About the Role
The Group Financial Controller owns consolidated financial reporting for KSHC and oversees accounting policy, internal controls, and audit coordination across our subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation
- • Oversee internal controls and audit coordination
- • Drive finance transformation and ERP improvements
- • Partner with subsidiary CFOs on reporting standards
- • Present financial results to the board
Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation
- • Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- • Deep IFRS knowledge
- • Experience managing multi-entity finance teams
- • Strong stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- • Big-4 audit background
- • Experience in holding-company or private-equity environments
- • ERP implementation experience
