About the Role
As Legal Counsel you will be the primary legal advisor to the holding company, supporting transactions, governance matters, and regulatory compliance across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Advise on M&A, investments, and divestments
- Oversee corporate governance and regulatory filings
Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Law degree and current bar admission
- Strong corporate, M&A, and contracts experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in private equity or holding-company environments
