About the Role
The Group Financial Controller owns consolidated financial reporting for KSHC and oversees accounting policy, internal controls, and audit coordination across our subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation
- Oversee internal controls and audit coordination
- Drive finance transformation and ERP improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Deep IFRS knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Big-4 audit background
- Experience in holding-company or private-equity environments
